To our loyal clients, suppliers, tradespeople, contractors and colleagues, here is our update based on the advice of both the state and federal governments.
Smart SIPs are continuing to operate.
Our Smart SIPs supply lines are all open and we are delivering on all material supply, Design, Project Management and Residential Construction Management Projects.
Primarily this is due to our business infrastructure, which allows us to work and collaborate via the cloud, video conferencing, email and phone.
We will continue our work but with some minor changes as outlined below:
All of our staff will work from the safety of their homes.
Social distancing to remain as a policy.
We have cancelled all non-essential meetings, any essential meetings will be done remotely (if possible).
For the projects currently in construction, we have limited onsite trades to one trade at any given time with an effective PPE and other protective measures.
Although we continue to operate, we do not have any control over what other businesses and councils choose to do; however, we will be fluid to adapt to this changing matter.
To our clients, we know the investments you have made are significant and this is also of the highest priority to us. We completely understand and are conscious that this is a very uncertain and anxious time, but what you can be certain of is we will do our best to keep your projects moving along in order to avoid any delays.
Finally, remember that all problems don't stay forever and it's a matter of time when it all ends. Be safe and take advantage of this time to nurture, reconnect and unite with your immediate family unit.
